He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Falguni Shane Peacock, a leading luxury fashion house, where he oversees global expansion and operations. His diverse skillset includes a background in engineering, a Master's degree in Computer Science, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Hrishikesh is known for his ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans, prioritize client-centricity, and cultivate a collaborative environment focused on innovation, quality, and sustainability.
Danielle Gordon
Chief Compliance Officer
Danielle Gordon is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with a dual background in law and pharmacy. She holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Rutgers University. With over a decade of experience, Danielle has a strong focus on controlled substances compliance, having managed compliance programs at prestigious institutions like Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. At Greater Purpose, she ensures that all operations meet regulatory standards and drives initiatives for compliance excellence.
Joseph Stevens
Director of Operations
Joseph Stevens (Director of Operations) Joseph Stevens brings over 10 years of cannabis industry experience to Greater Purpose. As the former Chief Compliance Officer at Etain Health, LLC, he led cGMP implementation and ensured regulatory compliance. He also founded New Jersey’s first non-profit medical marijuana business, contributing to his strong expertise in operations and compliance.

Director of Sales
Atul is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for solving problems and driving growth. He founded Sankaj LLC in 2017, a thriving business distributing Indian produce and dairy in the Tri-State area. His experience in both B2B and B2C markets, combined with his background in sales, operations, and strategic planning, has led to significant revenue growth for Sankaj LLC. Atul's focus on client satisfaction, coupled with his ability to identify and implement strategic solutions, has been instrumental in the company's success. His commitment to continuous learning and his diverse interests outside of work further highlight his entrepreneurial spirit.
